A free fitness class for the community with a focus on persons facing chronic illness, including Parkinson's Disease, MS, Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. The class focuses on
stretching, strengthening and balance, which will improve mobility and help individuals accomplish daily tasks with greater ease.
This class can assist to improve the quality of life and the opportunity to socialize with friends.
When: Every Thursday at 10:15 a.m.
